Use the Recover password feature
For accounts that have been verified with a trusted email address, you can always use that email address to retrieve your password. Use the forget password function, Rubi will send a unique verification code within 15 minutes to your email address (Note: If you don't see it, use the search function in your email and type "Rubi" to find the email-OTP quickly)

Report compromised accounts
Rubi will assist you in handling situations where your account has been compromised, such as being stolen and the password being changed. You need to contact support channels or send a support request email to: [email protected]. Note that users who have passed EKYC will receive higher levels of support than those who have not completed KYC.
