ANNOUNCEMENT FOR COMMUNITY OPINION - EVENT X2 MINING PERFORMANCE

Hello to the entire Rubi miner community!

We are pleased to announce our plans to collect comments from the community on the "X2 Mining Efficiency Event during the week of Christmas and New Year" . This X2 event, if approved, will last for 7 days, starting from December 25. We are keen to hear from the mining community to ensure that this is a decision based on majority consensus.

Method of Obtaining Opinions:
We will use Rubi's official communication channels, including Telegram, Zalo (for Vietnamese), and Twitter. We encourage every miner member to participate to share views and suggestions.

Comment Period:
The consultation process will take place from December 23, 2023 to December 24, 2023 to ensure enough time for all members to participate and comment.

Results Announcement Time:
The final results will be announced immediately after the consultation activity ends. If the proposal is approved, the X2 mining efficiency event will be applied immediately.

Event time if the proposal is approved:
If the community opinion is approved, the X2 mining efficiency event will be applied from December 25, 2023 to January 1, 2024.
