1) SYSTEM UPDATE ANNOUNCEMENT

 ⚠︎  Urgent notice regarding the temporary suspension of system transactions! 

We will temporarily suspend all transactions across the entire network to conduct system upgrades and updates for the block protocol (PANDORA).

Update schedule:

• Start time: Approximately 00:00 on October 15 (UTC)
• Expected completion: Approximately 08:00 on October 15 (UTC)

Features temporarily interrupted during the update:

During the expected 8-hour update window (or potentially completed earlier), the following activities will be temporarily unavailable:

● No RBL transfers between wallets across the network.
● No Migration requests executed to the blockchain.
● No KYC fee payments processed.

Activities operating normally:

● Official website of RUBI Network.
● Mining application on mobile platforms.
● Associated services that do not directly interact with wallets.

2) UPDATE ON RELATED PLANS

As the system maintenance schedule (Oct 15) coincides with the previously planned Migration expansion timeline, the Management Team would like to officially update related decisions directly in this announcement.

1) CANCELLATION OF MIGRATION EXPANSION PLAN

 ⚠︎  Officially halting the expansion of the Migration limit as planned for Phase 2.

This decision was previously announced in the recent Phishing warning article. As the total statistical damage from the attack waves exceeded the first threshold (surpassing 100,000 RBL misappropriated), we decided to stop expanding the limit to prevent further damage to the community.

2) POSTPONEMENT OF FACE VERIF FEATURE DEPLOYMENT

 ⚠︎  Postponing the launch plan for FACE VERIF by at least 02 weeks compared to the original schedule.

To prioritize technical resources for short-term security solutions in order to respond rapidly to theft activities, the development team is focusing on adding tracing rules, violator wallet marking tools, and establishing temporary security layers. Concentrating engineering personnel on these urgent solutions requires extending the timeline for launching the primary security wall (Face Verif) compared to the initial projection.
